Terms of Service & Licence

Access to the Platform is restricted to students, instructors, and staff who have been individually enrolled and authorized by Imagine Flying. Your account is personal to you. You may not share, transfer, lend, or otherwise permit any other person to use your account or sign-in credentials. Each authorized user must hold their own account.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Imagine Flying grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the training content solely for your own instructional use within your authorized course of study. No other rights are granted. All content remains the property of Imagine Flying and its licensors.

You may not copy, download, record, screen-capture, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, sell, rent, sub-licence, or otherwise make the training content available to any third party, in whole or in part, by any means or in any medium. You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access-control, security, or content-protection feature of the Platform. Any attempt to extract, scrape, or mirror content is strictly prohibited.

To protect course material, content delivered through the Platform may carry a visible and/or invisible watermark that uniquely identifies your account, session, and access time. You consent to this watermarking. Any unauthorized copy that surfaces outside the Platform may be traced back to the account from which it originated, and the responsible user will be held accountable.

The Platform registers the devices you use to sign in, recording a device identifier, browser/user-agent details, and first- and last-seen timestamps. This information is used to secure your account, detect unauthorized sharing, and maintain the integrity of the training record. Imagine Flying may limit the number of registered devices and may revoke any device’s access at its discretion.

Your use of the Platform is logged. This includes sign-in events, content accessed, session duration, device information, and related metadata. These records are used for security, training progress, compliance, and audit purposes. For your security, sessions automatically end after a period of inactivity.

Training records, completion data, audit logs, and related account information may be retained by Imagine Flying for a period of ten (10) years from the date of creation, or for such longer period as required by applicable law, regulation, or legitimate operational need. This retention supports training verification, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of pilot training records.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended training purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and policies. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Training content is provided for instructional purposes only and does not replace official manufacturer documentation, the approved Airplane Flight Manual, regulatory guidance, or the judgment of a qualified instructor or the pilot in command. Always verify critical information against the actual approved publications. The pilot in command remains responsible for the final determination of airworthiness and the safe conduct of flight.

Imagine Flying may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if your enrollment ends, or for any operational or security reason. Upon termination, your licence to access the content immediately ends. Provisions concerning intellectual property, record retention, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Imagine Flying may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by a new version number. Your continued use of the Platform after a revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
